Apart from the fact CrossFit at SR1 changed my life (for the better!) I love it because the sessions are always different so I never get bored, I love the social side, we are like a big family and often have nights out together.

I work shifts and find the session times work really well for me as I can still attend when on nightshift during the day. I like the way you can log your progress on Wodify as it gives you something to work towards, and having the whiteboard leaderboard makes me work harder to do more during the session.

Everyone is very encouraging and supportive ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š I love CrossFit!

My experience of CrossFit at SR1 has been nothing but superb. I used to have a gym membership which did nothing for me. I got no direction there and felt that others were always looking at me and making judgements.

As soon as i walked through the door it was like walking into a brand new community where everyone is supportive from other members through to the trainers.

I love CrossFit at SR1 because you work at your own level and there is no pressure to have to be doing something you are not capable of.

One of the best things is the way you can book classes to fit your workload, for example the 6am class means you are done for the day but you can also do 7pm if this is the only time you can do.

At the end of each class recording your performance is also really beneficial to see how you are progressing. In my first class I could not even do a sit up and now im lifting weights I never thought possible!

The results for me are that yes, Iโ€™m losing weight but I feel more motivated in my work and personal life and do not feel as hungry in the morning anymore!!

CrossFit at SR1 has been a revelation!

I was totally intimidated at first but everyone has been really friendly! ย 

I only manage a session a week because I travel away with work and even one session a week has massively improved my strength. ย ย 

Itโ€™s also improved running, my legs are much stronger and hills donโ€™t seem as tough now!

I have felt welcome in The Box from the first day and have made so many friends during this time who keep me motivated to do more.

This has really helped me to improve my fitness levels whilst also having a laugh. I also like that it is always changing from day to day and this prevents it becoming repetitive.

Everyone is always made to feel welcome regardless of fitness level or size. Itโ€™s all about the determination you have to want to do more.
